Refund and Cancellation Policy

The short version
  • You can stop automatic renewal at any time, and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
  • If you change your mind within 7 days of your first payment and have not started a video, we refund it.
  • If we charged you by mistake, or you paid and your plan did not start, we refund it in full.
  • We do not refund a month in which you have already used video minutes.

Cancelling

Open Plan and billing in the app and choose Stop automatic renewal. No more payments are taken after that. Your plan, with its minutes, keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for. Payments made for a single month by card, bank transfer or USSD never renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

Your first payment

If you pay for CREATEWOKS for the first time and change your mind, write to us within 7 days of the payment. If you have not started any video in that time (no video minutes used), we will refund the payment in full.

Mistakes and problems

We will refund the payment in full if any of these happen, when you tell us within 30 days:

  • You were charged twice for the same month.
  • You were charged after you stopped automatic renewal.
  • You paid, but your plan did not start and we could not fix it.
  • You were charged an amount different from the price shown to you.

Everything else

  • We do not refund a month in which video minutes have been used, or the unused part of a month, when you cancel.
  • When you switch to a bigger plan, the new plan starts at once and the old plan ends. We do not refund the old plan.
  • If a problem on our side stops you using the Service for a long time, we will put things right, for example by extending your plan. Each case is different, so please write to us.
  • This policy does not take away any rights you have under the law where you live.

How to ask

Write to us at createwoksapp@gmail.com from the email address on your account. Please include the payment reference from your Paystack receipt. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Paystack. Your bank can take several working days to show the money.
