  • Use CREATEWOKS to make honest, lawful videos.
  • Do not use it to harm, deceive, impersonate or exploit anyone.
  • Do not attack or overload the Service.

Why this policy exists

CREATEWOKS gives you powerful tools. This policy keeps the Service safe and fair for everyone. It is part of our Terms of Service.

You must not use CREATEWOKS to

  • break any law or help anyone else break one;
  • make or share sexual content involving children, or any content that exploits or endangers children;
  • promote violence, terrorism or hatred against people because of who they are, or harass, threaten or bully anyone;
  • impersonate a real person, copy a real person’s voice or likeness without permission, or make deepfakes that mislead people;
  • spread false claims that could cause harm, such as dangerous health advice, election manipulation or fake emergency news;
  • run scams, fraud, fake reviews, get-rich-quick schemes or other deceptive offers;
  • infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
  • send spam or mass-post to manipulate a platform, or break the rules of the platforms where you publish;
  • make content that promotes self-harm or dangerous illegal activity.

Being honest about AI

  • Label AI-generated or altered content where a platform or law requires it.
  • Do not present AI voices or pictures as real people or real events if that would mislead viewers.
  • Check facts before you publish. You are responsible for what you post.

Protect the Service

  • Do not try to break, probe, overload or bypass the security, limits or quotas of the Service.
  • Do not copy, scrape, resell or share access to the Service or its AI features.
  • Do not upload malware or anything meant to damage systems.
  • Do not create several accounts to get around limits or after being suspended.

Reporting and consequences

If you see something that breaks this policy, tell us at createwoksapp@gmail.com. We may remove content from our systems, warn you, limit features, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with notice where reasonable. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
